On this episode Red Sox pitching prospect Cade Feeney joins the show. Cade opens the show talking about going under the knife and having both Tommy John surgery and an internal brace procedure. He talks about what his recovery will look like and his potential timeline to return to the mound and more.
“I was obviously bummed just for the rest of the season, knowing that you're not going to perform or compete,” said Feeney about his surgeries. “I guess that was kind of the biggest thing. I had, though, full faith in the Red Sox, getting the right doctor to do it. Surgery really never scared me. I knew that I was going to be in good hands. You know, it just sucks that you have to miss all this time of not playing. I knew I was in good hands with the Red Sox doing everything.”
