Blaze talked about his body change and diet and how it helped him this past season.
“The biggest thing for me is my diet. You know, I literally cooked every single meal that I basically ate. I hardly even ate out my family and stuff. You know, they would go out to eat and stuff, but I would just stay home and cook my own meals. And I'm still continuing to do that. And, you know, I had an uptick in my conditioning and stuff.
“You know, I focused on that a lot and everything. But now since my body is in a good position, you know, I can really focus on my speed and stuff now. Last year I was mainly just focused on getting my body in shape and getting where I needed to be. And now that I'm in a good position, I'm able to focus on that now. But it was mainly my conditioning and diet that I really focused on. And it just kind of went from there.”
