For the second time this year with Double-A Portland, Pedro Castellanos has extending his streak to 17 games.

That’s 17 games in-a-row with a hit for Pedro Castellanos. He ropes his (fittingly) 17th double of the season. Dude hits the ball HARD every time.

The rising prospect did this feat before when he worked a 13-game hitting streak that went from May 6 thru May 22.
Castellanos now has hit safely every day in June except for June 1 where he went 0-for-3.
In the moth of June , Castellenos has one home run and nine RBI.
During his hitting steak in May, he had four home runs and drove in 17 along the way for the Sea Dogs.
Portland defeated Richmond, 5-2.
