I would keep him at Triple A and use him as trade bait. I have not seen him play but to me his stat line doesn’t warrant a promotion which is why SABR METRIC asshats drive me crazy. You must see a player perform over a certain amount of time to determine what the stats really mean. The RedSox need a Dustin Pedroia type 2nd baseman and I personally like Nick Madrigal his stat line is Avg .263 HR 2 RBI 28 OPS .663
He currently is the Cubs 3B but was a 1st round draft pick of the White Sox as a 2B. Just watching him play 2nd he so reminds me of Peddie and I’ve been watching him since he was at Oregon State who won the 2018 CWS. Nick was on that team with Adley Rutschman. His contract is below the MLB average per season. He plays like he belongs in Boston.
