Again regardless if a player is at rookie ball or Triple A is what you are looking at the best he’s going to be or will/can he improve. If he’s at the point of being the best he’s ever going to be then leave him there or get rid of him. Since we don’t have a current leader in the front office now is not the time to worry about the Rule 5 draft that should have been looked at months ago.
