Red Sox prospect Blaze Jordan was hit in the face by a 97 mph fastball, breaking his nose and caused swelling in his cheek earlier this season; resulting in missing time. This was the second injury that occurred for Jordan this season, he also broke his finger sliding into home at the start of the year.
