On Episode 238 of The Pesky Report (Presented by Beyond the Monster), the midweek crew of Brad Shanler, Ryan Brady and Jake T. O’Donnell recap a tough four-game sweep for the Boston Red Sox at the hands of the undefeated Tampa Bay Rays.

The guys talk about what Chris Sale actually has left, Nick Pivetta doing his job, and if the Sox are doing young arms a disservice by shuttling them back and forth between the starting rotation and the bullpen. Additionally, what role does having younger/inexperienced catchers play in some of the pitching struggles?

They also go deep on the lineup inconsistency with Adam Duvall out for an extended period of time. Should Alex Verdugo lead off against everyone? Has Yu Chang played himself off the roster? Is it too early to be concerned about Triston Casas?
