Falmouth scored all four of its runs in the first inning as it snuck by Brewster at Stony Brook Field.
Jack Payton tripled home a pair and Jacob Walsh followed with a two-run home run to lead the ‘Dores to their second win in the past three games. Levi Wells (2-1) pitched a perfect eighth and worked around an error in the ninth to pick up the win.
Alex Freeland blasted a two-run shot in the fifth and Carson Demartini singled home Grayson Tatrow in the sixth, but the Caps were never able to even the score. Freeland now leads the Cape League with four home runs on the season.

While leading 2-1, the Bravos struck for two runs in the sixth thanks to sacrifice flies from Dakota Harris and Alan Espinal. Nate Furman had an RBI single in the seventh to bring the Birds within two, but that would be all they would get.
