The 6’5″ defenseman who has been known to drop the gloves with Providence defended his teammate. After exchanging pleasantries and bringing the Flyers forward down to the ice, Wolff would give the Bruins a little spark.
Wolff added an assist on McLaughlin’s second goal.
Boston signed Wolff back in July to a one-year, two-way contract extension, the deal would be worth $750K. The undrafted free agent in 2020, the 25-year-old has spent the last two seasons playing in Providence, tallying up 101 penalty minutes in 56 games.
