Bobby Dalbec's bat remains hot, Christian Koss hits two homers in the win over the Rays
Welcome to the Sox Dingrs Report for March 18, 2022!
Bobby Dalbec’s bat remained hot on Friday hitting another Grapefruit League home run. Dalbec has now hit homers in back-to-back games, his second of the spring. His three-run blast came in the bottom of the fifth inning tying the game against the Rays.
Christian Koss walks it off for the Red Sox
Sox prospect Christian Koss had himself a day against the Rays. The 24-year-old shortstop had a multi-homer game with his first coming in the bottom of the eight. Koss crushed homer to left field off Rays reliever Adrian De Horta.
With two outs and the bases empty in the bottom of the ninth, Koss absolutely annihilated his second homer of the game. The solo bomb came off Rays reliever Joel Peguero giving the Sox a 7-6 walk-off win.
