Red Sox prospect Blaze Jordan is back home this offseason beginning his workouts getting ready for the 2025 season. Jordan talks about starting slow and giving his hand a break, following a broken finger earlier in the season. He also missed time after he was hit in the face with a fastball later in the year.
“The biggest thing for me when I first got back was giving my hand a break because obviously with the finger injury and stuff this past year, like after that, my strength in my hand was never the same,” said Jordan. “So my main focus was getting that strong again and taking care of that. So I've been doing a lot of gripping stuff and everything."
